• Negative: Poor attention to the room - tile fallen on the floor just left there, uncleared ashtray on the balcony (non-smoking room), fridge door often left unclosed (faulty hinge not reported), water not left in the fridge twice, had to go to reception to ask for more water and they sent a plumber.
