• Common facilities and services: 7.5 zona piscina di piccole dimensioni, accesso di gente estranea, nozze e convegni. Inoltre l'accesso alla SPA e piscina in zona ristorante/colazioni esterna con passaggio è un deficenza inaccettabile per un 5 stelle, incredibile

• Negative: I had a massage and the massage therapists clearly were not educated on the boundaries that people from other countries are use to. As a 5 star hotel your staff should be aware of other cultures norms. In the US massage therapists ensure that their clients are properly covered at all times and keep a safe distance from any private parts. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
