• Location: 10 the views of the cathedral and the square is simply fantastic
• Common facilities and services: 10 good breakfast and wi-fi, did not try the spa so we can not say anything about it
• Staff: 10 excellent, and special mention to the receptionist in the afternoon / evening... we don't know her name :-(
• Quietness: 7.5 next to the cathedral and the square you can not expect that the bells do not sound or people don't walk, but nothing remotely annoying
• Room: 10 molto ampia la stanza e king-size il letto
• Value for money: 10 very satisfied, money very well spent
