• Positive: The people at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Also, there is somebody at reception 24 h, which is nice if you have to leave really early or late.
• Negative: The fact that it said on the hotel page that a taxi to the airport was 20-25 €, when in fact I paid 44€ for the taxi I asked them to call for me - and I only took my backpack, so it's not like it was more expensive because of extensive luggage.
