• Negative: Reception was not friendly or helpful at all and at times spoke rudely; room was cold and didn't have heater; room only had shampoo and soap but no conditioner and no customary bottle of water; walls are extremely thin and can hear every noise from within the hotel; TV was hung close to the ceiling so it was very difficult to watch; I have informed reception that I don't want anyone to enter the room and don't need cleaning service but they still went in my room; hotel did not give refund for the one night that I didn't stay which I find unfair
