• Positive: Pretty much everything. Frieda was the front desk woman who helped us so much, she was lovely and made us completely at home. The breakfast was fabulous, everything was really lovely.

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was very clean, very well attended.
• Location: 10 The location was great, walking distance to everything.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The breakfast room was very inviting and we could use it freely through the day.
• Staff: 10 The staff were fabulous, especially Frieda. The cleaning people were lovely and friendly, I felt so safe and welcome.
• Quietness: 7.5 The street was a little busy in the day, but around 5pm the street quieted down and the evenings were very quiet.
• Room: 10 We started in a middle room that was quiet small which is fine, but it had a small window so felt a bit dark. We later moved to and room with a balcony and it was light and bright and we sat out on the balcony every evening.
• Value for money: 10 Really great value. The breakfast was excellent, way more than I usually find in a small hotel. The service was exceptional and i would definitely recommend this hotel, great value.
