• Staff: 5 we asked for an extra pillow, and the maid came up later and didn%27t knock. she came in and got me and my boyfriend having sex! very embarassing!

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms where very clean, pool area and breakfast area where also very clean.
• Location: 10 Only a minute walk from the Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya, the most centre part of the city where all the bus trips start and where the bus from the airport drops you off. Within minutes walk from all the shops and places to eat and a 5 min walk to the harbour.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Pool was lovely, two lifts within the hotel, Nice bar, quiet when we where there but nice to have a couple of drinks before going out.
• Staff: 10 All the staff where very nice and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was noise from the street but it did not bother us.
• Room: 10 Very clean, lovely bathroom with two sinks, we had a balcony which was lovely.
• Value for money: 10 The hotel was great value for such a lovely place to stay so close to the centre of barcelona.
