• Cleanliness: 7.5 Maid service was consistent and the place felt and looked clean.
• Location: 7.5 Very close to main attractions in Barcelona.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 No breakfast, limited hours for cafeteria and pool, pool was disappointing, air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, TV was small and had hardly any channels.
• Staff: 2.5 Unfriendly and unhelpful.
• Quietness: Not rated Street noise and occupant noise was a HUGE problem. We could hear everything that happened in the room next to ours or in the hall and the window provided no insulation from the street noise either. It was very difficult to sleep.
• Room: 5 The room was a good size but the furniture was seriously lacking. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and only came with one pillow each. The bathroom was nice, but hardly made up for the cheap and uncomfortable furniture.
• Value for money: Not rated This hotel was billed as a business class hotel. As such, I paid more than I would have otherwise expecting a certain level of service, comfort and amenities. None of those expectations were met and I would have rather gone somewhere else and saved the money.

• Negative: We were given 2 beds when we needed 3, we got a very small bed in the end, the rooms were small and the old styled, the payment for the safe, the food, most of the staff could not speak good English.

• Cleanliness: 10 everything was very clean
• Location: 10 about 2 mins walk from the Las Ramblas
• Common facilities and services: 5 the was a bar, and a resturant, but that was that for my age, their was confence places, but that is not for me
• Staff: 7.5 very nice, but most could not speak English
• Quietness: 5 it was only noicy with the door open, but the lift was broke one night and it kept me awake all night
• Room: 5 lovely moving beds, good TVs, pretty small, old styled, but had a balconay were you could see the Las Ramblas
• Value for money: 7.5 it was ok

• Positive: The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful at all times, the location is perfect for exploring the city close to las ramblas and many of the beautiful modernist buidlings and there is a pool on the roof for cooling down when the Barcelona sun gets a bit too much. We have just had a wonderful week long break at the hotel Lleo and it was perfect, I can thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to visit the city.
