• Negative: I booked for superior room when I got to reception I was told it was a standard room I didn’t make a fuss as I have stayed here on numerous occasions I also had an early morning checkout I booked a taxi to the airport was quoted’€75 which was quite steep when on route to airport taxi driver demanded €85 Not happy

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Restaurant food not as good as we have previously had.only 2 choices of got food and 2 of good to be cooked for you. Had to pay for wine where previously you had a free bottle with each meal.

• Room: 5 Clean but lacked 2 pillows each and needed another comfortable chair to sit in. Outside chairs were metal and very uncomfortable. I am disabled so had no comfort at all.
• Value for money: 5 Not really the restaurant had been refurbished and looked nice but at the expense of the lovely choice of food they previously had. We have stayed twice before but will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in bdnidorm
