• Staff: 5 la primer vez que estuve en diciembre, muy bien, ahora que ha habido cambios de personal, cambian los criterios, toalla si toalla no. enfasis en pedir hora para jugar a tenis y encuentras gente jugando que dicen que han reservado ellos y es mentira y encima te dicen que te montes tu la red y el hotel como son conocidos pues a callar y pierdes tiempo. El spa se abre a las 15 horas (antes se podía acceder por la mañana, deberían avisar en la web de ese cambio) y no esta abierto que ahora vienen y tardan 20 minutos. antes habia un control para entrar con toalla y ahora entra todo el mundo de las bodas sin toalla etc. En la web pone que si reservas por la página mas sola te invitan a copa de cava, pues que lo quiten ya que yo no la bebí. Quizás influya que solo se va a dormir.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 No pudimos uilizar elspa porque estaba lleno; además la gente deja las toallas en las tumbonas para que no se las ocupen y creo que no debería estar permitido.

• Quietness: 7.5 Todo muy bien, exceto en la cena.Cenamos en en la terraza del hotelporque había llegado un grupomuy grande en el interior; pues los niños, que también eran bastantes, estuvieron todo el tiempo en la terraza chillando y corriendo por en medio de las mesas sin que nadie se preocupara por ellos.
