• Positive: Trato del personal eficaz, agradable, rápido Desayuno buffet me gustó, bueno, bien de horario (desde 7:00 am), servicio, trato del personal amable, eficaz y rápido, no me apunté al desayuno pero pude desayunar y lo pude pagar al finalizarlo. Servicio de guardamaletas, tenía que realizar unas gestiones y con la tranquilidad de tener la maleta guardada en el hotel. Los salones junto a la cafetería muy bueno

• Positive: the sitting room; very pleasant and welcoming people at breakfast
• Negative: noise, noise and more noise. From the street, and from other rooms. The sound insulation between rooms is totally inexistant (to the degree that you can even here the light switches being turned on in the next-door room, not to speak of everything else). The doors can only be closed by slamming them. No Wifi in our room. Multiple groups of school children stay here (it seems to have replace youth-hostels!). The hotel should make an attempt to put them all in one part of the hotel so as not to disturb all the other guests, given the terrible sound insulation. Non-constant temperature of water in the shower. Cold room (were there in winter). Very basic bathroom (I am not picky)

• Cleanliness: 10 Extremely clean.
• Location: 2.5 Near a station, so good in one sense. Also near big museums, so very good. But 10 lane road outside the building...
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Nice common room. Breakfast reception very pleasant. Main reception not so much. Wifi inexistant in my room. Rooms cleaned at random times of the day, from morning to late afternoon.

• Quietness: Not rated terrible. See earlier other comments,
• Room: 2.5 No decoration. First room gave onto a tiny inner courtyard. View from 2nd room onto square behind hotel, rather better. Amenities minimal, apart from a small fridge.
• Value for money: 2.5 Rather expensive for what it is in my opinion.
