• Cleanliness: 10 Room was very clean.
• Location: 7.5 Close to buses and metro for city center, also not a very far walk to city center(about 30mins)
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast was not included in our rate and was quiet expensive for what was offered, we ate breakfast at a lovley patesserie next door.
• Staff: 10 Staff were wonderful, so helpfull with any requests and very friendly.Top class reception staff.
• Quietness: 2.5 seemed to be some kind of renovations going on every morning.
• Room: 5 No view, onto elevator shaft and no natural light in room, but room itself was very modern and very good for the price we paid.
• Value for money: 10

• Cleanliness: 10 For a budget hotel, this was among the cleanest I have come across.
• Location: 7.5 We used this hotle due to it%27s proximity to Sants station. It%27s not among the tourist areas but is ideal for a stopover.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The hotel provides everything you need including toiletries, buffet breakfast (optional) and are happy to arrange taxis etc on request.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 The hotel is on a busy main road which gets pretty noisy. Probably not the best choice for light sleepers.
• Room: 7.5 Reasonably sized room with air conditioning. Plenty of storage, TV and minibar.
• Value for money: 7.5 For a budget priced hotel, this is excellent.
