• Positive: The hotel was clean; breakfasts were more than ample; staff were helpful and mostly, the location was perfectly situated for all activities I wanted to do in Central Madrid.
• Negative: The free internet service was not good. I got frustrated trying to use old equipment. I had requested a wake-up call the day of my departure plus a taxi to get to the airport. The wake-up call did not come until the taxi driver arrived to take me to the airport. Good thing I had my cell phone alarm on. Also, as I had paid for breakfast on the departure day, but would have departed before the restaurant was open, reception staff said they would give me a bag meal to take away. They did not have one ready when I left. I was disappointed and hungry!
