• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Breakfast patio is fantastic. WiFi was very sporadic and kept logging me out. I had difficulty doing work online and using Skype.
• Staff: 5 I asked for an extra towel at the desk and was told I could not have one
• Quietness: 10 Surprisingly quiet given that the area outside is rather loud
• Room: 2.5 Didn't realise the room would not have a window. Also the air conditioning was set either to very hot or very cold.

• Staff: 10 The staff was excellent. I arrived at 0900 in the morning with no problems. As the room was still being cleaned from the previous days visitors, I was directed to the breakfast room whilst my my room was cleared. Check-in is 0200, but it was no problem to them. I enjoyed breakfast while they readied the room. Very good breakfast and the lady in charge was very friendly and efficient.
