• Positive: The balcony was ace also the comunanal balcony ,the reception staff were excellent and professional in there duties .The location is fantastic straight off sol metro and in to Hotel .

• Cleanliness: 10 Excellent service we left the do not disturb sign on till 8pm one night and when we returned at 1 am the room had been serviced
• Location: 10 One of the best locations and a gem of a hotel

• Quietness: 10 Although we stayed when spain won the european cup and everyone was celebrating noise was minimal
• Room: 10 a credit to the hotel bath robes slippers little extra touches you only expect from a 4 star hotel .

• Negative: I did not like staff who spoke straight away to everyone in English - they are in Spain and should at least greet you in Spanish and even us British can generally stumble through a hotel booking in using another language!!!. They seemed a bit tired and grumpy too. It was a fairly characterless hotel.

• Room: 7.5 first one we were given was dark with frosted glass on windows. Final room bright with balcony, so a big difference in rooms

• Room: 7.5 Chambre plutôt petite, moderne avec bonne literie et bien équipée, wifi, écran plat. Salle de bains parfaite.
