• Positive: Great, friendly service. Especially from Ricardo! He served us tea when we had colds, and asked us every time if we were feeling better. It made us feel very welcome and cared for. Equally great was the free upgrade to the junior suite because of a technical problem in our original room. The suite was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean. Thank you!

And also it is very quiet despite the fact that it is located on the loudest street in Barcelona (we had a room with the balcony right above La Rambla).
