• Negative: The cleaner knocked on the door in spite of 'Do not disturb' sign, poor noise insulation to the hallway - was very loud when the cleaners started to work

• Staff: 7.5 Absolutely delightful staff at reception, but the cleaner knocked on the door on several days in spite of the 'do not disturb' sign, also forgot to leave us a foot mat in the bathroom one day and no rubbish bag in the trash can another day.
• Quietness: 7.5 No problem with outside noise, but lots of noise from the hallway when the cleaners are working - noise insulation of door area could be improved
• Room: 10 Spacious, modern, great bathroom, liked having a kitchenette. Would be good to have kitchen wipes or a hand towel in the kitchenette area to dry the dishes, or perhaps a stand to dry them on.
