• Staff: 5 Only one member of the female reception staff was on ocassions rude & unhelpful all the others where extremely polite & helpful

• Room: 7.5 We had a suite which was a good size however there was NO balcony to sit out on an evening which I found disappointing
• Value for money: 5 Other than the disappointment with the lack of a balcony (this is not mentioned on the website)the hotel is good value for money

• Location: 7.5 Not on the beach. A couple of blocks back but easy walk to beach and town centre.
