• Situation: 5 The area around the Hotel is very run down
• Installations et services: 7,5 My only fault found was with the porter service on arrival. We had to carry our luggage into the hotel or be left standing on the pavement outside with it! On departure there was no problem.
• Personnel: 10 My wife was robbed on a bus we took into town, and the reception staff could not have been kinder or more efficient in trying to mitigate the effect of her loss.

• Positif: Location, right on a quality beach yet within an east drive, bus or (relatively)walk of Palma.
• Négatif: Reception staff could be more friendly. Doorman was very helpful, as were the Spa team. Also room not cleaned until mid afternoon which was a bit irritating.
