• Positive: The hotel has absolutely beautiful views and having been upgraded to a sea view room these were very much appreciated.
• Negative: Location itself is slightly disappointing in that the area is not the most pleasant. Also we were moved to another hotel for the first night of a short stay due to double booking which was not ideal.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Overall very happy, but our friends room had a very strong smell of smoke.
• Location: 7.5 Used the hotel as a base for Palma which was only a 5-10 minute taxi journey away, which is fine if you are away of this.

• Staff: 7.5 Mostly very good, one or two of the bar/waiting staff were not particularly friendly/helpful.
