• Room: 10 The view towards Plaza Catalunya is phantastic (we stayed on 7th floor). The size of the double room was extraordinary.

• Location: 10 Fantastic Location at the top of the Ramblas, so central to everything Barcelona has to offer.
• Common facilities and services: 5 No room service after a certain time, this we found a little annoying. But the supermarket is yards a away if you fancy a drink in your room.
• Staff: 10 Although we arrived at 3am due to airline delay, we found the staff very pleasant and spoke good English.
• Quietness: 7.5 Room had some street noice but can be expected for Location, did not effect our experince. The Terrace Bar, is an oasis of quiet, just yards from the main Square, lovely !
• Room: 10 Superb room. Bigger than advertised. We were lucky enough to get Jacuzzi bath.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Positive: we loved our stay at the Olivia Plaza Hotel. the hotel is very modern, well designed and convenient. even though it is a busy plaza the hotel is quiet and feels seperate once entered. it waws a preferct place place for exporing the city in various directions since most locations are in walking distance.
• Negative: the staff is very friendly and helpful, but wasn%27t always knowledge enough to provide helpful hints (a small issue).

• Negative: Lack of attention to detail on the finish of the hotel. It was the little things - like light fittings not lining up and the lack of decorating in the stairwell. Looking from afar, the hotel was lovely, just don%27t look too closely at the finish!
