• Common facilities and services: 10 Both reception staff and lovey waitress in the dining room at breakfast were more than helpful and engaging
• Staff: 10 All of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, our shower overflowed and but the time we had finished breakfast it was all clear! Taxis sorted, maps shown, even the breakfast juice was explained.
• Quietness: 10 Was delighted with the quietness of the room and hotel in general
• Room: 10 Couldn’t have expected more in the middle of a large city.

• Quietness: 5 Its in the town near peoples homes and with quite a lot of people passing by you hear some noise.
• Room: 7.5 Simple but good. Lovely bed
• Value for money: 7.5 Not cheap but good location
