• Negative: The room lacks a chair - the fire escape plan shows one, but it was not in the room. Also the bath room needs many more hooks or towel bars- there is only the inadequate rail across the front of the sink.

• Positive: La habitación y el estilo del interior. En realidad todo menos la falta del agua caliente y la respuesta del personal en recepción.
• Negative: Que no hubiese agua caliente por la mañana y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. Esto quizá sea aceptable en un hostal pero no en un hotel de esta categoría. Al mencionarlo en recepción la respuesta no fue muy satisfactoria.

• Positive: Ubicacion, edificio, decoración, calidad camas, insonorizacion
• Negative: Servicio de limpieza entro en habitacion por la mañana y nos desperto. Al ver que estabamos durmiendo se marcharon. Al volver a las 16:00 horas al hotel, la habitacion no se habia hecho y hubo que dar aviso a recepción. La maquina de cafe del desayuno es dificil de utilizar y nobhay indicacion alguna de como hacerlo. La tostadora de pan "escupe" los trozos de pan y acaban cayendo al suelo.
