Hotel Petit Palace Santa Cruz, BOUTIQUE HOTEL EN EL CENTRO HISTÓRICO DE SEVILLA, A POCOS PASOS DE LA CATEDRAL, LA GIRALDA Y EL AYUNTAMIENTO.
Petit Palace Santa Cruz Hotel, BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN THE HISTORICAL QUARTER OF SEVILLE, A STONE’S THROW FROM THE CATHEDRAL, THE GIRALDA AND THE TOWN HALL. FREE WIFI AND LAPTOP IN ALL THE ROOMS!
The Petit Palace Santa Cruz Hotel is located in the old Jewish quarter, famous for its charming winding streets and the typical restaurants and tapas bars, as well as the best shops in the city. Our hotel is housed within a 16th century palace, which perfectly combines tradition with the latest in technology and trends in interior design, together with its two typical Seville patios where you can enjoy peace and quiet and the natural daylight which is so characteristic of Seville.
Seville is a city located in the banks of the River Guadalquivir and is famous for its Holy Week processions, the April Festival, bullfighting, its night life and, of course, its monuments, such as the Cathedral and the Giralda.
Our facilities and rooms are comfortable, functional and modern, adapting to your needs. Its historical surroundings contrast with the modern services of the hotel which also incorporates the latest technology and decoration.
Without a doubt, it is the best place to stay for enjoying Seville, whatever the reason for your trip: if you are here on business, you will not find a better place for getting to the most important business districts; if you are travelling with children we have exclusive family room with free cots; if you are travelling with your pet we will provide a basket and food bowls (consult the hotel’s special conditions); if you have come to discover Seville you can use our free bicycle hire service.
Our staff will be delighted to help you with everything you need and to inform you about the best restaurants, shops and places of interest.

Positif:
The location and the free internet service.
Négatif:
The room was tiny. It was missing some amenities. The breakfast was terrible (almost unedible). This is not a 4-star hotel.

This was a plus. It was quiet even though it is in the middle of the city. This might have been because we had an interior courtyard room.

But not a 4-star hotel. Don't understand how they got that rating.

The man at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was decorated in a way that brought old and new together. Email/internet!
Négatif:
Our air conditioning dial was installed backwards so we had to turn the temperature up to have the AC come on. Then it worked. Also, couldn't get the showerhead to work.

The interior desing of the hotel integrates beautifully the architectural desing of a traditional spanish house with modern lines an minimalistic design.
Négatif:
Breakfast is desastrous considering that the hotel is in Spain. Coffee is terrible (bad grain, powder milk, machine operated), sliced fruits and tomato were kept from the day before, totally overpriced for 18 euros...Having a laptop in every room gives you a very tech feeling (which is not necessarily matched with other services as having wifi in the room, conect an itouch or a Mac to the wireless services, check out procedures, etc.)

Very expensive for such a small room and no breakfast included. A bit all show and no good, fancy shower but no privacy as glass door into bedroom, Beds were particularly uncomfortable, possibly the hardest hotel beds I%27ve ever slept on.
