• Positive: The location was perfect. The size of the room and the comfort were wonderful.
• Negative: The service receptionist on our last day was incredibly rude. She was so rude that although I loved the hotel and had 4 other people booked in it for a conference I was organizing at the time I would not be inclined to stay again now recommend it to others given her harsh attitude and lack of interest in apologizing when she was clearly wrong.

• Staff: Not rated On our first two nights we had a wonderful service staff to greet us as we arrived. Unfortunately on our last night and the morning we checked out we had a very rude women who treated us terribly. So bad that even though I had 4 other people booked into the hotel for a conference I was organizing I would worry about staying there again given how terribly rude she was.
• Quietness: 2.5 We had a room facing the street which was loud first thing in the morning with the garbage trucks. Not the fault of the hotel.

• Negative: old, depressing rooms, loud, doors slamming, construction going on in the hotel until late at night. Rooms very small, so small that I had to put the desk chair on top of the desk to make room for my suitcase. Shower located in and old high tub, w a half door allowing water to splash on floor. Only A/C was an open window, fortunately it was cool the 4 days we stayed. If stairs are a difficulty, elevator carries 1 person at a time.

• Value for money: 7.5 Par contre, le forfait université pour me rendre au CNRS est de 100€ petit déjeuner compris. Ce tarif est appliqué pour le week-end et pas la semaine ce qui fait que je ne pourrais pas fidéliser cet hôtel sauf si vous appliquez un tarif à 100€ également la semaine.
