• Positive: La atención de los empleados fué excelente, desde que llegamos, todas las personas del hotel con que nos comunicamos fueron muy amables. Lo otro que nos gustó fué la ubicación, buenisima para conocer en uno o dos días los lugares más turísticos y para poder comprar.
• Negative: Por la vategoría de Hotel 4 estrellas, me habría gustado que en el baño hubiera más productos necesarios muchas veces para una mujer, como por ejemplo: (bálsamo para el pelo).

• Staff: 7.5 Todo el personal en general fué muy amable, sobre todo de recepción y el personal de aseo también fué muy educado y amable cada vez que se cruzó con nosotros. Dónde desearía que hubiesen sido ´más amables fué en la atención durante el desayuno.
• Quietness: 7.5 El barrio es muy transitado, sin embargo, las habitaciones tenían excelente aislación exterior.
• Room: 5 El tamaño de la habitación era más o menos chico, pensando en su viajan dos eprsonas con maletas muy grandes.

• Positive: Switched on my laptop, and it immediately connected to the Wifi. No messing with passwords, no slow connections - the first hotel WiFi in Europe which was free, and it just worked. Similarly, the air-conditioning did just what I told it to do (unlike the other two hotels we stayed at in Spain). And it was right in the heart of town...
• Negative: No in-room safe, curtains did not fully 'black-out'

• Positive: Spaciousness of room, breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly
• Negative: NO privacy for toilet made it hard for 2 people to get ready, needed to be cleaned better (fingerprints on walls), open containers of colored sand was odd, plug in room fresheners smelled bad in hallways
