• Positive: We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff; the pleasant accommodations; excellent breakfast; and free minibar (especially because it was so hot!). The hotel is centrally located, convenient to museums, sites, and restaurants.
• Negative: We would have preferred a room facing the Plaza, but ours without a view was very quiet.

• Location: 10 Couldnt be any more central.

• Staff: 10 Mention again. .Cristina Garcia and Miguel..Excellent.
• Quietness: 7.5 Did have a problem with internal noise...but it was sorted out .Windows are double glazed then a shutter then more double glazing...no sound from outside at all.

• Value for money: 7.5 Would recomend this hotel and would defnitly stay again when in Madrid.
