• Positive: The cleanliness and modern furnishings and decor of the room. Also, the breakfast was fantastic!

• Location: 7.5 There didn't appear to be any very good restaurants in the vicinity and the recommended Plaza Mayor area didn't seem all that wonderful for this either.

• Staff: 5 They were polite, but didn't spend much time giving good, detailed directions or advice. We had to ask several times for clarity. I think there are too few of them to do this well.

• Room: 10 Our only problem with the room was figuring out how to manage the lights. We never did figure out how to turn off the bathroom light without deactivating all lights in the room.
