• Location: 10 east walking to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Metra
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Bar small (2 stools) Breakfast good. Room service good.
• Staff: 10 Staff was well informed and very helpful. Explained tour options and obtained bull fight tickets and flamenco reservations on 24 hours notice.
• Quietness: 7.5 Had third floor room overlooking street. Double sash windows and rolling shutters minimized street noise.
• Room: 10 Good size and functionality for price.
• Value for money: 10 Will stay at Preciados next time in Madrid and recommend it highly.

• Value for money: Not rated Not really because it was not what the picture showed in the internet, I was very dissapointed when I got there, I would be able to get a better room for the amount of money I paid for.

• Quietness: 7.5 The first night it was a little noisy outside, being a Saturday night, but subsequent nights were fine, especially once we worked out how to use the blinds properly!
• Room: 10 Lovely appearance and great attention to detail. A free minibar and choclates upon arrival were really nice touches. Good toiletries in the bathroom and a fantastic shower.

• Room: 10 very clean hotel and room. love the free wifi and minibar. the beds were too firm. the wire figures in the room a little too childish for the rest of the room.

• Positive: Everything was top-notch. The service was impeccable; the location perfect. This is a five-star hotel at a three-star price. Every staff member, from the bellman to the front desk receptionist, to the restaurant chef, treats the guests with respect, competence and friendliness. Rooms are modern and spotless. And free mini bar beverages--what more can I say? It is truly a gem of a hotel.

• Location: 10 Metro stops nearby, and close to major attractions. Outstanding seafood restaurant nearby (ask at the desk) and try the chocolatier Valor for scrumptious hot chocolate and churros.
