• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The gracious friendly and professional staff not to mention the large room (presidential suite), huge deck and incredible view of the city. The grounds and the layout of the hotel were beautiful to us. We loved the peace and quiet.
• Negative: The dust in the drawers and the few splatters on the bathroom wall in the toilet area.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Couples, Peace seekers

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The bed sheets and pillowcases were pristine. The bedroom and separate sitting area was very clean. The drawers needed dusting inside. The bathroom was very clean looking except for a few tiny dark splash droplets on the wall across from the toilet and one by the toilet paper roll. This was readily resolved.
• Location: 10 Location was perfect for us. Though outside of the old city it was a quick ride by taxi. Taxi service was prompt and very reasonable at approx 5 Euro each way. It is a walkable distance. Wanting to maximize our time in the city, and not being up for it after so much walking in the city itself, we chose to taxi.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The restaurant, cafe and sitting areas were clean and well kept. The grounds lovely and well attended. It was a disappointment to us that the pool was closed for the season (and not able to be heated on days it might be necessary). It looked very nice. It appears to have a lovely cabana style building for entertainment when open. We would give it a 5 star rating if there was a well equipped fitness room and the pool was open.
