• Positive: We were 2 couples from Israel, visiting Madrid and participating at the Madrid Marathon. We were very pleased with The hotel facilities, starting with cleaning of the room, good engineered shower and bathroom, complimentary mini bar full with beverages and becomes full again every day. air condition was a bit noisy but worked well. The staff were helpfull and nice. We ate buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, not including in room rate, but worth because it was huge and tasty. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurant with 15% discount. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, close to plaza Callao. Metro stations are also very near. The street where the hotel is located is full with all kind of restaurants and caffes, and also few steps from the Gran Via with more restaurants and shops. Almost all the attractions and things to see is in walking distance.
