• Value for money: 7.5 Spain is very expensive but that could be because of the devaluation of the dollar.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Room is very spare and very clean. But it is getting a little shabby, which was not the case before.
• Location: 10 Perfect for shopping, eating, and the metro.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There is no place to sit but the lobby. It would be nice to have a sitting room or library or other place away from the door to sit and read.
• Staff: 10 Outstanding. A major reason to stay there.
• Quietness: 2.5 My only complaint is the noise. Street noise (worse in the rooms facing Preciados), thin walls, and a phone that rings all the time!
• Room: 10 The room is perfect. A more comfortable chair might be nice.
