• Positive: The hotel upgrade was fantastic. Rooms and decor overall were fab. Rooms are totally soundproofed and the new shower, basin, bidet and toilet are 5 star. Better lift organisation. Poolside and gardens beautiful. Terrace welcoming and food and restaurant marvellous. The staff were impeccable and so friendly and it was good to see some of the faces. It’s like a second home for me.
