• Negative: Receptionist Laura very rude and abrupt. Room. The bathroom was a disgrace the enamel in the the was chipped. The bathroom ceiling was rotten. Pool Bar. Waste of time having someone serving at the pool bar as he was never there. We had to go to another establishment for refreshments.

• Staff: Not rated Laura the receptionist was very rude, no people skills what so ever. I got a call in my room by Laura just after midday the day before I was ment to check out and was told quite rudely to get out the room as check out was at midday. I explained that I was checking out the following day and that there had been a mistake again I was told to leave my room. Again I refused when Laura checked the system she said ok bye and slammed the phone down.
