• Positive: Hospitality, good service, hotel was very clean. When I raised concerns or questions at the reception, they always took care of me. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel

• Negative: No cumplió con lo que debería un hotel de 4* No podíamos regular el aire acondicionado, sólo podía hacerlo el personal, asique si estaba encendido te congelabas y si te lo apagaban hacía mucho calor, en ese aspecto un desastre. La limpieza regular. Nos encontramos la habitación limpia, pero cuando nos hicieron la habitación por la mañana no quedó limpia.
