• 清掃について: 10 Rooms cleaned on a daily basis and very efficient staff.
• 立地条件について: 10 less than 1/2 block away from the main plaza/shopping district
• 設備やサービスについて: 7.5 Great roof deck furniture & bar area. very quiet in the afternoon and I was able to nap on their lounge chairs.
• スタッフ: 10 Very nice, friendly, professional staff!
• 騒音について: 7.5 Our room was very quiet until the 5th night a very loud guest checked in next to us HOWEVER after I voiced my concern and complained about the noise they made late at night the staff offered us a better room on the same floor with no one next to us.

• ここが良かった: The style, decor of the hotel was very pleasant and very relaxing. The staff were always very helpful. The roof top bar was 4 star...very romantic. In room safe was very good with no extra charge. I had informed the hotel that this was my wedding anniversary. When I arrived, there was a bottle of champagne waiting in the room, which I was not charged for.
