• Positive: The area the Hotel was sited - centre of the Old Town. The staff were excellent
• Negative: The sewage smells in the room - which I was advised was 'historic'

• Cleanliness: Not rated There is mould in the bathroom that could quite easily be removed. The tiled floor of the room was not mopped in two weeks.
• Location: 10 Centre of The Old Town.
• Common facilities and services: 10 The reception, bar and stage areas were modern and clean - as were the public toilets
• Staff: 10 Reception and bar staff were friendly and efficient in their duties
• Quietness: 5 As the Hotel is in the centre - there is a lot of noise from the Square. However, it is reduced with the double glazed doors closed
• Room: 7.5 Quite small - but still functional
• Value for money: 5 There are other cheaper Hotels in the area - but I suppose you pay for being in the centre !

• Room: Not rated Room was tiny shower head holder broken in bathroom went to reception told me to hold it while I showered some came to fix it 3 time was still not right absolutely disgraceful
• Value for money: 2.5 Was cheap but expecting better stayed here 8 years ago was more pleasant then than now
