• Cleanliness: 10 Best Hotel in our 12 years of traveling in Spain.
• Location: 10 Near the old Alcoy and the new. Bus service outside the door plus taxis.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Super clean.
• Staff: 10 The staff treats us like family.
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet. Variety of travelers, business, family, etc.
• Room: 10 Big, comfortable and recently remodled. You can%27t ask for more.
• Value for money: 10 Value superior.
