• Staff: 10 My only complaint was they showed I had booked one room when I had booked the reservation for two rooms. The staff quickly changed it but offered no apology for the mistake.
• Quietness: 2.5 Very quiet in our inside room but the bar was very noisy. Probably out of the control of the hotel however.
• Room: 7.5 No view as we had an inside room for quiteness.
• Value for money: 10
