This brand new apartment complex is located just 150 metres from the shores of Lake Como and boasts comfortable apartments with all modern amenities. The hotel is comprised of 11 spacious, modern and practical apartments. The furnishings are new, tasteful and functional. The first floor apartments also feature a small, balcony/garden. Spend long days strolling in the attractive gardens, relaxing in the swimming pool or watching your children have fun in the play area. The apartments are equipped with: open plan kitchen (oven), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, satellite TV), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. Most of the apartments have two or three rooms and a size of about 40 m². They have a combined living and bedroom as well as a dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments are modern and functional and equipped with all common facilities. Bedding and towels are provided as well as a baby’s high chair (free of charge, subject to availability – please request beforehand).
