• Negative: wake up call on the morning of the drive to the airport was not done as requested, but the taxi was called and arrived 5 minutes after a phone calls was made to us informing that the taxi is coming .. mind that we just woke up .. we asked to cancel .. bu that was not done either .. so the meter kept running and the taxi kept waiting .. granted some language barrier could be a factor .. but I doubt it

• Positive: El trato de los empleados, la comida en los desayunos que disfrutamos, la habitación muy bien ubicada con vista a la avenida, y muy limpia así como cómoda, la buena ubicación del hotel para salir a disfrutar Madrid de día de shopin y de noche para salir de marcha y tomar tapas. mi valoración seria excelente.
• Negative: No haberme podido quedar mas tiempo debido a que ya tenia el pasaje para Italia. Pero otro día sera posible hacerlo

• Cleanliness: 10 Las personas se esmeran para mantener el lugar limpio y agradable
• Location: 10 Cerca de la zona mas concurrida y alegre de Madrid con buena ubicación para el transporte publico y peatonal
• Common facilities and services: 10 Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y renovadas des la ultima ves que me aloje en el año 2000, uno de los ascensores fue sustituido por uno de nueva generación, lo que me pareció raro fue que sistema de aire acondicionado se detenía y luego volvía a estar operativo
• Staff: 10 El personal es muy atento y amable, desde el que te recibe, el que te atiende en recepción, el que atiende el cafetín, las señoras que limpian, todos muy eficientes
• Quietness: 10 Nosotros estábamos ubicados en uno de los pisos superiores (lo que se debe repetir siempre que disfrute de sus servicios) se escucharon algunas risas y conversaciones muy leves provenientes de la calle por parte de la gente que se divertía en grande pero no fue molesto, por otro lado, escuchamos al vecino quien al parecer se retiro en horas de la madrugada y rodó las maletas.
• Room: 10 El espacio en la habitacion es ideal, esta en perfecto estado y renovado, el minibar fue excelente elección y bien equipado y operativo 100%, la vistas desde la ventana fue un espectáculo inolvidable,
• Value for money: 10 Estoy plenamente satisfecho por lo que he recibido, disfrutado, descansado, comido, tomado y me la he pasado muy bien, por lo que he pagado, muchas gracias por todo, espero repetirlo en un futuro muy cercano.

• Positive: I liked the intimacy of the hotel the most. It seemed like an apartment building more so than a hotel. I had a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful! It is about a 15 minute walk from the center of the city. The front desk staff were the owners and would have done anything to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Great, friendly customer service! They took the time to explain to me how to get around the city. The room was comfortable and quiet most of the time.
