• Cleanliness: 5 Mostly great... but my bed comforter had hairs that weren't mine on it.
• Location: 5 Wish is was closer to all the action.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Food was great at the restaurant and the free WiFi was spectacular.
• Staff: 5 1 staff member was incredibly helpful, the other few were OK
• Quietness: 2.5 Sounded like the cleaners were moving furniture early in the morning.
• Room: 2.5 Lighting was poor (1 light bulb was out and never got changed in the 3 days I was there) and the TV had poor channel selection.
• Value for money: 5

• Positive: Ayuda de los recepcionistas en las preguntas sobre la ciudad y la orientación de las rutas a seguir
• Negative: Se equivocaron al entregarle la tarjeta de la habitación a otro cliente, dándole la de la misma habitación que tenía yo. A las 2 de la mañana, por lo tanto, entró un desconocido en mi habitación. El susto fue considerable. Un hotel que le da la tarjeta de mi habitación a otro cliente (por error, sí, vale), no me merece demasiada confianza.
