• Positive: Habitación 307 amplia, espaciosa, bien equipada, sin ruidos excesivos. Cama cómoda. Muy satisfecha.
• Negative: Habitación 416. Ruido del ascensor insoportable. Sofá cama indecente para dormir. Ruido del cuarto de limpieza desde bien temprano. Operarios de mantenimiento trabajando desde las 9 de la mañaba. Este tipo de habitación ubicada en la última planta no tiene nada que ver con lo ofrecido en otras habitaciones como la 307. Me arrepiento de haber pagado por haber estado en esta habitación. En general el ruido cerca del ascensor no corresponde a los servicios que debe ofrecer cualquier hotel dificultan el descanso que es para lo que pagamos. El mantenimiento en general necesita revisión (pérdidas de agua en baño, enchufes estropeados).

• Negative: That the rooms were not as depicted on the on-line photos, in fact all 3 rooms we had booked were awful. Nowhere near the standard anyone would expect a hotel supposedly rated 4 stars. More like a 2 star hotel at best. The hotel staff admitted that they only have one room like the on-line photos. Do not book this hotel on the basis of the on-line photos. You will be sorely disappointed, as we were.
