• Cleanliness: 10 no issues on cleanliness anywhere throughout the hotel
• Location: 10 located on one of the main road / areas and short walk to the beach
• Common facilities and services: 5 additional tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets provided in the room was chargable at an extortionate additional price
• Staff: 10 extremely professional and friendly
• Quietness: 10 not in a noisy area of Benidorm and very little noise heard when in your room
• Room: 10 Adequate size and amenities, very modern - we were surprised the safe in the room was payable locally, security should be the hotels high priority for it's guests.
• Value for money: 10 average nightly rate - value for money
