• Common facilities and services: 5 There's a breakfast room, but that's it.
• Staff: 5 There was nobody at the front desk twice during my stay and it took a long time for someone to show up.
• Quietness: 5 Other rooms are close by and not super sound proof (from the hallway). Noisy neighboors can be heard.
• Room: 7.5 Small room, but okay overall.
• Value for money: 10 Very good for a place to stay for brief travels, cheap for its location too.
