• Negative: The room was very small and the bathroom had a broken toilet. but was worst is that they charge me 10€ more per night than what stated in their offer when I booked!! Unfortunately I forgot to print their reservation and I couldn't contest the bill. When I was back home I e-mailed their reservation asking for a refund but they didn't even bother to answer!!

• Negative: The owner put up a paper sheet saying CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS BROKEN ON SUNDAY MORNING - when I put up fuss saying I saw that he does this every Sunday (trip advisor) he yelled at me. I then told him that he'd have to take my cc as agreed, he made a big deal before running my credit card on the very machine he said was broken. The room was dirty and small and ultimately this hotel takes advantage of tourists from outside the country. It should be investigated and shut down immediately. Francesco

• Positive: The staff was wonderful, consistently helpful and very friendly. The room was clean (albeit small) with a nice bathroom. The hotel is centrally located and thus within easy walking distance to many sights. The street itself is however fairly quiet in the evenings which is very nice.
• Negative: There was no heating in April even though it remained quite cold on many days. I asked whether or not the heat could be turned on in our room and was informed that it had already been turned off for the entire hotel -- quite prematurely I feel. My mother and I had to sleep under multiple blankets to keep warm. This is our only complaint about an otherwise wonderful stay.
