• Positive: Las instalaciones en general, el entorno, el servicio y la oferta gastronómica.
• Negative: Algunas áreas del Spa no funcionaban. Un día fue el pediluvio y las duchas. Otro las duchas en la zona previa a la sauna. Por último las camas calientes tampoco estaban operativas porque estaban apagadas y tardan muchísimos en calentarse. Dicho esto en conjunto es uno de los mejores Spa en los que he estado y pudimos disfrutarlo con la cantidad justa de personas. El aforo hizo muy cómoda la estancia.

• Cleanliness: 10 Todas las zonas del hotel estaban impolutas y con un olor a limpio constante. La limpieza en las habitaciones excelente, así como la organización dejada tras los trabajos de limpieza.

• Quietness: 10 Perfecto en exterior gracias al entorno, muy profesional en el interior ya que el normal desarrollo de las labores de un hotel prácticamente pasaban desapercibidas
• Room: 10 Un acierto la alianza con L´Occitane
• Value for money: 10 Pagué por algo excelente y eso mismo recibí
