• Cleanliness: 10 No se veía ni una mota de polvo en todo el hotel.
• Location: 10 Está céntrico respecto al casco antiguo de Ronda.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Es un edificio antiguo restaurado como hotel. Es como una vivienda con muchas habitaciones.
• Staff: 10 Trato exquisito y amabilidad.
• Quietness: 10 Se oía muy poco ruido debido a su ubicación, es perfecto para descansar.
• Room: 5 Las almohadas deberían ser un poquito más mullidas porque da la sensación de horizontalidad completa, también en el baño eché de menos cosas como un cepillo de dientes o un peine, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
• Value for money: 10 Nada que destacar aquí, creo que estuvo bien equilibrado.

• Negative: The obvious cheap breakfast. Cellophane packaged items. Canned pineapple rings. Cookies... Nothing hearty or satisfying. As numerous other reviewers have stated year after year on Trip Advisor what was served could not be called a breakfast. This is the worst so called breakfast I ever had at any Inn throughout Europe and the United States. Also, as stated by others and I agree... the towels and sheets were thin, cheap and worn. Nothing luxurious here.
