• Staff: 5 son amables, pero deberian conocer mejor la ciudad,algunos de los recepcionistas
• Quietness: 7.5 bien si tienes habitaciones a la parte trasera. Las vistas no son buenas pero puedes dormir bien
• Room: 5 el equipamiento de aseo es cutre y no hay bidé..........
• Value for money: 2.5 en epoca alta, puente del 6 de dic. por ejemplo es un poco carete pero en el centro de las ciudades es lo que tiene....

• Negative: Lack of a view, but understandable as it%27s a small single occupancy room. VERY IMPORTANT - ON YOUR WEB PAGE IT STATES THAT ALL THE BATHROOMS ARE SHARED BATHROOMS. THIS MAY BE DETERING CUSTOMERS AS NOONE WOULD WANT TO SHARE BATHROOMS WITH OTHERS. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT IS %27EN-SUITE BATHROOMS%27 WHICH EACH ROOM ACTUALLY HAS. I PHONED TO CHECK ON THIS BEFORE I MADE MY INTERNET BOOKING. Very glad I stayed there. Great hotel.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Rooms and communal areas always cleaned well. Occasionally missed toiletries in rooms.
• Location: 10 Well placed for Old Town, Cathedral, shops and restaurants plus many interesting galleries.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Hard work trying to obtain an Iron to press clothes (they apparently only have one!). Restaurant food - only once!!Enough said.
• Staff: 7.5 Always polite and helpful. Could do with a Concierge as the reception is understaffed. No Porters and only one lift.
• Quietness: 2.5 Its in the centre so some noise is to be expected. Very loud music played next door to ours one night until stopped by the staff at 4am!
• Room: 5 OK as hotel rooms go - have stayed 3 times now, Junior Suite not really worth the extra.
• Value for money: 5 Fairly good overall.We have stayed 3 times in a year but the second lift still has not opened.
