• Positive: Los bonitos ascensores panorámicos, el hall y la amplitud de la habitaciones.Muy bien la limpieza, tengo que agradecerselo a Carmina, que según vi en el papel era la chica encargada de la limpieza.
• Negative: La piscina es algo menos grande de lo que parecía y la ducha, puesto que está pegada a la pared. La reforma en esta cuestión es algo que se deberían plantear, puesto que desmerece en cierta manera, para mi es bastabte incómodo.

• Location: 5 Tiene muy buena situación a la hora de localizarlo, salida 131(palacio de congresos). Pero está algo alejado del centro,15-20 minutos, que con el calorcito de Granada... Pero tienes la parada del bus en la puerta

• Common facilities and services: 10 Swimming pool is great. We did not use the Restaurant. Only one night at 1 %27o%27 clock we came back from Fleminco show and we had coffee and hot sandwitch at the Bar.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 We stayed at seventh floor, there was no noise.
• Room: 10 Room size is fair. Bathroom is very good. view is excellant. Only T.V.has not got many channel and its cuts off time to time. Safe and mini bar, very usefull
• Value for money: 10 Its certainly good value for what we paid. We like to stay there again
